look at this, i stop the clock at 5:00 a.m. you start to get the moderate bands, heavier bands of rain pushing onshore. that will continue as we progress throughout the morning commute. by noon tomorrow we'll see the first system let up just a little bit. enough for you to get outdoors a couple of hours. then at 7:00 p.m., it starts to get active yet again. the winds will increase and we get our next storm system on thursday. the next storm system will mostly impact the north bay. that's where we're expecting the heavier rain, hence the larger totals the next couple days. but still, the friday system is the one that i'm the most concerned about. the first system that comes through on wednesday will be a wind event. friday system will be a rain event. we're not even done with the rain at this point. almost 6 inches expected in places like fairfield, napa and even here in the south bay in san jose we're expecting over 4 inches and a quarter, that's certainly enough for flooding because all this rain will come down very quickly so
